How fast can you come out?
We aim to offer same day or next day service across most of our service area when you reach us during business hours. After-hours emergency service is subject to availability and an additional fee applies — our 24-hour answering service routes urgent calls to an on-call technician when one is available.
How will I know when you are coming?
After you submit our contact form or call us, we will call, text, or email you to confirm our availability and lock in your 2-to-3 hour appointment window before we head out.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Larger repairs do not have to wait. Ask about financing options when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you warranty your work?
Every repair is backed by a 1-year warranty. If the same issue returns within the year, we come back and make it right.
Do you give repair quotes over the phone?
Not accurately. Appliance issues are diagnosed on the unit — the same symptom can come from very different parts. We charge a flat diagnostic fee, run a full inspection on site, and give you a written repair price before any work starts. The diagnostic fee rolls into the repair if you proceed.

I recently had my RV refrigerator freezer start having issues. Jeremiah came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the issue was to either repair the unit in place or replace it. Due to expense, we decided on repair and scheduled with Nathan. Nathan’s work is incredibly precise and the unit is now back working. Ariana was great to keep me in the loop the best she could.
The reason for 4 stars is I kept being pushed back due to Nathan’s style. As I said, he does good work, but he also takes a long time on every job which causes scheduling issues.

If you have residential or commercial equipment then your search for quality repair and maintenance is over! This company is amazing and ON TIME, hard to find that anymore. Jeremiah came out to our store to tune up and repair one of our commercial refrigerators, he was fast, honest and had a great personality, he is an asset not only to the company but also himself!! This is my new appliance guy! Nathan was great- knowledgeable, professional, clean, and courteous. Jeremiah was sent out to our residents to diagnose an issue we were having with our washer. Within 10 minutes or less he was able to let us know the issue and give us a quote for parts and labor. After parts were ordered and had arrived he came back to repair our washer. Within 15 minutes our washer was repaired and we feel like we have a brand new washer without having to go and purchase a new one. BTW, this is not the first time we have called America's Appliances for any repairs. They are very reliable and trustworthy. Thanks, Jeremiah!

I have used them twice, and both times were worth it. They showed up when they said they would, they knew what they were doing, and most importantly they repaired my refrigerator. I have a high end fridge so getting service can be difficult and costly. These guys made it reasonable.

Nathan and his team are the best. They checked all of our appliances for leaks, vacuumed up the dust and fixed a wine cooler that no one else could figure out. We have used Nathan for years. The technician who came out arrived promptly, assessed my washer while answering questions about [average] washer durability by brand [based on what repair technicians were most commonly seeing and/or having to repair + industry experience], determined the issues in short order, and diagnosed & verbally broke down the error codes I was frequently getting. Per my request, a quote to repair it was provided, and the technician was upfront with me about part cost estimates based on brand vs. aftermarket parts, (as the machine was -well- out of the warranty period at this point). Part and labor prices on the quote were quite fair and not marked up excessively [I did some checking to confirm]. I would absolutely work with America's Appliance Repair again in the future, and regret that I delayed writing this review long enough that I don't recall the technician's name to give him personal props.

Zero star stars would be the proper rating for this business. Hearing the manager tell me that they are solely for a profit- Yet would provide me with a good service was an oxymoron. Especially since the service they offered would provide with me less than the contents I would be paying for. I didn’t request anything more than what is included from the item purchasing, at the manufacture price. They were trying to mark up the product, the work and not include all items paid for- THAT’s A THIEF NOT A BUSINESS!!
As a business owner myself the proper thing to do is give people what they pay for. Then provide them with a great level of service and allow them to build your business through a positive interaction, and word-of-mouth. This isn’t what I received and therefore would NEVER recommend them. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.!!!

Nathan repaired our motorhome refrigerator, out of his normal service area. He was knowledgeable and the only company we could get to come out for a Samsung. His price was $700+ above what my warranty company covered. It took a month and 4 trips on his part, but the refrigerator seems to be working properly. Yeah. Still waiting on my warranty company reimbursement check.

I would definitely recommend this company. I have a home warranty and they were unable to get someone out and told me to call myself. I found this company and they were able to get to my house within a day and had it fixed in a very timely manner. Thank you to Roger and your wonderful ladies at the office. Y'all are awesome.
