HIGH-END AND SMART APPLIANCE REPAIR
High-end appliances require manufacturer-trained service. Our team is set up to repair premium and luxury brand refrigeration, cooking, and laundry equipment, including built-in models that require careful pull-out, leveling, and reinstallation. We also handle smart appliance issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting and the diagnostic codes that come with connected models.
WHAT WE DON'T SERVICE
We focus on the appliances we can do exceptional work on. To keep our service standard high, there are a few things we do not handle:
- Countertop appliances - blenders, mixers, vacuums, air fryers, toaster ovens, and countertop ice makers
- Countertop microwaves (we do service built-in and over-the-range microwaves)
- Coffee makers and espresso machines
- DIY coaching - we do not diagnose appliances over the phone or coach repairs
- Parts-only sales - we do not sell parts without service
- Customer-supplied parts - we do not install parts that were sourced separately, including Amazon parts
