INSTALLATION ISSUES WE FIX
Many of our calls start as cleanup from a delivery crew that did the bare minimum. We do it right the first time — or we come out and fix what someone else did wrong.
WASHERS WALKING OR VIBRATING
Improperly leveled washers shake, walk across the floor, and prematurely wear bearings. We level on all four feet, set the suspension correctly, and verify with a balanced spin test before leaving.
DISHWASHERS LEAKING AFTER INSTALL
Loose water supply connections, missing thread sealant, or an incorrectly installed drain hose are common rookie mistakes. We pressure-test the supply, run a full cycle, and check for leaks before we sign off.
RANGE MISSING ANTI-TIP BRACKET
The anti-tip bracket is a code requirement that delivery crews routinely skip. Without it, a child standing on the open oven door can pull the entire range over. We install the OEM bracket properly every time.
DRYER VENT CONNECTION WRONG OR RESTRICTED
Flex hoses kinked behind the unit, vent caps missing the louvers, or vent runs that exceed manufacturer length specs cause heat problems and fire hazards. We install rigid duct where required and verify airflow at the exterior cap.
BUILT-IN REFRIGERATION DOOR MISALIGNMENT
Doors that don't seal flush, panels that sit out of plumb, or hinges that haven't been adjusted after install. We level the unit, align the doors, and verify proper gasket compression on Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, and Viking built-ins.
STACKED WASHER/DRYER PEDESTAL ISSUES
Pedestals not anchored, stacking kits installed without proper feet leveling, or units that vibrate and walk on top of each other. We install the OEM kit correctly and balance the assembly.
GAS LINE CONNECTION ISSUES
Leaks at the appliance shutoff, missing flexible connectors, or improper sealant. We test every gas connection with a leak detector and verify the appliance lights cleanly before signing off.
WATER LINE HOOKUP PROBLEMS
Braided supply hoses installed incorrectly, ice maker lines crimped behind the fridge, or shutoff valves that don't fully close. We use OEM-quality hoses and properly route them to allow for service access.

2. Install & Test Your tech arrives during your scheduled window, removes the old unit (if any), levels and connects the new appliance per manufacturer specs and local code, and runs a full test cycle.
3. Walkthrough & Cleanup We walk you through the basics, answer questions, and clean up before we leave. Old appliance hauled away. Every install is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty.
